Workshop
FROM DIAGNOSIS TO EMERGENCY RESPONSE
A workshop serving logistics
The G.B. Trasporti workshop offers a complete maintenance and diagnostics service. The division is equipped with mobile rescue units, ready to intervene on the road for quick repairs. The team of experts ensures professional and timely assistance, keeping vehicles operational at all times. Only an in-house workshop and accurate knowledge of the fleet can offer such rapid and decisive intervention times.
Maintenance and diagnostics
Our vehicles undergo regular, scheduled servicing. To limit the risk of unexpected events and ensure safe driving for our drivers, G.B. Trasporti has implemented a system for the preventive planning of vehicle maintenance and remote monitoring.

Mobile emergency units
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or vehicle breakdowns, we have five technical vans available for emergency assistance, enabling us to respond promptly and maintain service continuity.
The nitrogen project
From 2023, we have chosen to use nitrogen for the tires of our fleet. This has a number of benefits: it reduces oxidation problems on the rims (caused by air inflation), keeps the temperature of the tires constant (ensuring more consistent fuel consumption), and finally increases the safety of mechanics by reducing the risk of blowouts to zero. The tire thus reaches 4 life cycles. Once worn out, it is disassembled, recapped, and reassembled, saving 70% of raw materials.

Car wash, respect for the blue gold
The cleanliness of our vehicles is a visible guarantee of how we operate, as well as meeting the standards required by HACCP protocol. Moreover, it is sustainable. The water used for washing is recovered, filtered, and collected in tanks for reuse, while the surplus is discharged into the sewer system, in full compliance with the parameters established by law and according to the type of discharge.
We are testing to reach zero emissions
In 2017, our engineers began developing a cryogenic system for cooling refrigerated compartments in transport vehicles, testing the project on a home delivery van. The cryogenic system, which is autonomous and independent, guarantees that low temperatures are maintained even when the vehicle is stationary and the tailgate is open during deliveries. The use of a natural refrigerant gas and a solar panel to power the refrigeration system’s battery makes it 100% green.
