Italtrans celebrates 40 years in business with a major strategic acquisition.

Calcinate (BG), September 29, 2025 – Italtrans, a key player in the transport and integrated logistics sector, celebrates its 40th anniversary with a major strategic move: the acquisition of 70% of Cusinato Renato S.r.l., a Padua-based company with over 30 years of experience in logistics services for industry and large-scale retail.

With this transaction, Italtrans consolidates its leadership position in the national market, strengthening its operational capacity and expanding its portfolio of services. Cusinato Renato S.r.l. officially joins the Italtrans Group, already composed of Mazzocco S.r.l., Deliverit, and Frigor Trasporti Orobico. The acquired company has a fleet of 250 vehicles and is a solid and well-established presence in the area.

The integration of Cusinato Renato S.r.l. is now part of the Italtrans Group, which already has a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles and an extensive logistics network covering over 800,000 square meters, including warehouses for storage at room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen.
